HOW THOROUGH IS THE SEARCH ON ENTRY
The search is very thorough on entry including metal detectors, please only attend if you are prepared for a full and thorough search and understand that this is an important part of event safety
EVENT TIMES & LAST ENTRY
The event runs 1pm-10pm and last entry is 5.30pm
AGE RESTRICTIONS
Saturday & Sunday is an over 18s event, ID may be required
Friday RNB Nation & Soultasia is family friendly - under 18s can be accompanied by an adult
ARE BAGS ALLOWED
Bags no bigger than an A4 size are allowed this is because larger bags take longer to search and hold up entry times
IS RE ENTRY ALLOWED
No once you are in if you leave you can not re enter
CAN I BRING IN FOOD & DRINK
No food or drink is allowed you be brought in, free tap water will be available from a designated point
DO YOU ACCEPT CASH & CARD
Yes we accept both cash and card

One Dance Festival is the Sunday of Garage Nation Festival weekender
IS THERE PARKING
There is NO on site car parking, we suggest public transport, Morden Station is only a 10 minute walk
CAN I BRING IN LIQUIDS / SPRAYS / SUN CREAM
No glass, no liquids and no sprays - Sun cream is ok
CAN I GET A REFUND
Tickets are non refundable
ARE THERE LOCKERS
There are no lockers on site
DO YOU OFFER RESIDENTS TICKETS?
Yes if you received a letter this year or last year contact residents@southeastsoulfestival.com
DO YOU OFFER ASSISTANT TICKETS?
Once you have purchased your ticket, please forward proof of disability to festivalsouth@garage-nation.com and we will provide you with a collect on the day confirmation. On the day the person requiring assistance must be in attendance and the complimentary assistant ticket can be collected from the box office after providing proof and ID.
We have extra checks in place for this including sharing information with DWP due to the high amount of fraudulent use of this system
